Service

Parts
We carry a large quantity of spare parts in stock at all times to guarantee repairs can be carried out in a timely manner, ensuring unit down time is kept to a minimium.
Pre-trip Inspections
PTI’s are carried out on refrigerated equipment prior to loading to ensure that units used to export cargo out of this country are in good working order.
Repairs
We assist our customers in responding to breakdowns of reefer equipment on vessels in the port, or terminals around the country. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Quay-Side Monitoring
Our customers needs are met with an efficient system for daily monitoring of refrigerated units whilst on the terminals in Dublin, Cork & Belfast ensure temperature is maintained at all times, prior to collection from the quay for onward delivery and also for export units awaiting shipment out of the country.
